So what is the Callahan Group MVP program? It’s a way for The Callahan Group to GIVE BACK to you with monthly gifts, exclusive offers, and invitations to fun, private events where we can really show our appreciation for your referrals! We have enjoyed working with you, and your referrals give us the opportunity to serve more families like yours. It’s a Win-Win-Win situation for you, for the person you’re referring who deserves expert service and representation, and for The Callahan Group who is able to serve more families. We’re very excited to introduce this to you!
Here’s what you can expect…
A monthly email will have an “Offer of the Month” sent to you on the first Wednesday of the month. Each month, we’ll be giving away prizes, gifts, and event tickets--ALL FOR FREE! Quantities are limited, so you’ll need to call our team at 423.521-5640 ASAP to claim your gift and schedule a pick up time before they are all gone. This is NOT a drawing, and NO, you don’t need to send a referral to claim a gift, these gifts are ALWAYS FREE to you!
But wait, the fun doesn't stop with becoming an MVP. Once you send us a referral you will be promoted to our All Stars! At the All Stars level we’ll mail a pre-loaded Starbucks card to your home loaded with $10.00 that will be re-loaded with another $10.00 on the first Wednesday of each month for the next 6 months. And the perks will keep coming-- if we receive another referral during that six months, you’ll get an automatic $25.00 loaded onto your Starbucks card as our way of saying “Thank You!” Your free coffee (or tea or pastries or gifts) can potentially extend for years with each referral you send us! In addition, our All Stars will receive extra perks thrown in along the way, such as more free prizes or tickets to movies, concerts, wine tastings, baseball games, and other events and retain their MVP access to the monthly giveaways and events.
So what is a referral?
A referral is NOT about selling a home. It’s simply you getting permission from anyone you know who is thinking of buying or selling a home in the next 12 months, and giving us his or her name and number where we ultimately meet with them for a free consultation. It doesn’t matter if we get your referral under contract, nor does it matter if we close on a home. How easy is that?
The heart of our new Callahan MVP program is to give back to YOU-- the very clients who have been so gracious to work with us in the past. There’s no question that our MVP’s are the people with whom we prefer to continue doing business.
